lightson: Download and Analyse Nighttime Lights Satellite Data

Downloads and processes nighttime lights satellite data from the 'NASA' 'VIIRS' Black Marble product suite (daily, monthly, and annual composites; Roman et al. (2018) <doi:10.1016/j.rse.2018.03.017>) served by the 'LAADS DAAC' archive <https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov>, and from the Indian Space Research Organisation's 'Bhuvan' nighttime lights portal. Provides zonal statistics over arbitrary polygons, returning tidy region-by-time panels, along with plotting helpers.
